Halp! I am in serious need of prompts, guys. If you even still read my nearly non-existent posts anymore...

I know I haven't been on, like, at ALL. Haven't posted in what feels like forever. I have been writing still, really. I'm just stuck on ALL THE THINGS. _{(even the fic I'm supposed to be writing for a friend :( )} So, I'm finally showing my virtual face here and asking -_begging- for prompts.

priceless_pixie, when she linked me to a hilarious Craig's List Ad. She told me to tell her who it sounded like, and there was no question. I mean, really, it's like every Chad ever written in a fic was meshed together and wrote that ad. So, of course, I had to write something for it. I'll definitely post it over there. I've gotten most of the major and a few not-so-major ones. But they haven't all been posted over there. lol

Hey there lovely members of my flist. :D

I was wondering if there might be anyone out there willing to beta for me. A long term-ish beta would be great, but I'll take someone just willing to help out with a Castiel/Sam/Gabriel fic I'd like to post.

Help with grammar and looking for typos are always great. And making sure everything sounds good/makes sense. If there are sentences/words that just don't flow right or take you out of the story, those are the kinds of things I want to know about. It's a fic I wrote for a

spn_gabriel stocking and I'd like to post it to my journal, but I'd really like it to get looked over by someone first if I could.

And if anyone is up to the task of being a more long term-ish beta, I mostly write Sam/Gabriel (as I'm sure is fairly obvious to those of you who've friended me, I think) and the occasional Sam/Castiel and Gabriel/Sam/Castiel is my OT3 that I hope to write more of in the future. UM. I do sometimes write J2 as well, but I know that's not everyone's cup of tea (or coffee or pop or whatever choice of beverage ;D) so you wouldn't have to worry about those if you didn't want to. :D

Right now it's mostly 2 stocking fics I need looked over, I think. I'm still plugging away at my

angstbigbang so I won't be writing new Sam/Gabriel fic for a little while longer. But I'd really like to post the few I do have sitting around. :)

Just comment if you're interested. I might not be online much more tonight 'cause my bestie is coming over to hang out and I've got to get ready, but I'd be so grateful for any help. :D

This has been one helluva crazy year. Some good things have happened. Some bad things. It's the year I got to keep my room as my own rather than switching it out yet again. The year my sister almost managed to break it off with her asshole boyfriend, only to decide she couldn't do it. The year I got close to my older sister again, getting to hang out with her and my niece all the time. :D And the year that my mom had to move out to Michigan for a couple weeks to take care of my Grandma (who's doing better now) and we had to rely on my Dad for groceries and the like (*snort*).

But it's also the year I finally got my learner's permit and have started driving. And that my best friend and her boyfriend have been talking about buying a house of their own. I wrote 24 stories (40 something if you count drabbles) and a lot were over 1k words which just blows my mind. Still a die hard Sam/Gabriel OTPer even if it seems most of my fave authors have moved on to my Anti-OTP or other fandoms. And I even discovered a love of Clark/Lex (Smallville) and Cherik (X-Men: First Class) and even some McFassy for the RPS side of it.

Overall, I think it's been a good year. It could have been better (especially if my little sister could have finally thrown her bf to the curb for the really crappy things he did) and it could have been worse (still got a roof over our heads, relatively in good health). I've got family and friends around and I'm pretty thankful for it. :D

I hope that everyone has a wonderful New Year. Especially those of you who might have had it rough in 2011.

...I'm trying to get some more writing done. But writer's block is kicking my ass. So I'm hoping the awesome ppl in my flist can help me out.

Leave me a short prompt and a pairing that I'm likely to write and I'll write you something for it. More than likely it'll be short, but you never know. Just need to get the creative juices flowin' and I'm hoping this will help.

As far as pairings, I'm pretty limited as y'all probably know. But if Sam's there somewhere, I'll more than likely give it a shot. I've written Sam/Gabriel, Sam/Castiel, Sam/Dean, Sam/Brady and am trying my hand at J2. As well as Jared/Misha and Jared/Richard, though fair warning, I've never written them before. So... yeah.

This year has had its upsides and downsides. This is the year that I started writing fanfiction. It's the year that Sam/Gabriel went from my guilty pleasure pairing to my OTP (though Sam/Dean is still made of teh awesome). It's the year I took my first "foreign language" class that I actually enjoyed and may have learned something in (ASL). And it's the year that I made great new friends online (you know who you are :D). The year I turned 21 and went to my first bar, had my first beer and washington apple. Realized that I can't stand vodka, but enjoy whiskey. And the year I found out that margaritas are freakin' awesome.

It's also the year where rooms got switched around and family drama happened nearly every week. The year we got evacuated to a hotel that doesn't allow pets and the year that my older sister's best friend is having a rough time. The year my friends and I haven't seen as much of each other as we used to, now that we're all getting older and they've got jobs and responsibility and I seem to be at home all the time.

But, really, this year was still a pretty good one. Actually getting to be a part of a fandom that's so awesome and crazy as Supernatural, getting to talk to people who've been there since day one, just like my bestie and me, is all so amazing and I can't even tell you. And it's all so much fun, even if we could do without some ~~all~~ of the wank and character bashing.

For the most part, I think I had an enjoyable year and I really hope that all of you have had a great year. And for those of you that didn't, I hope you have a happy new year, and that things get better! <3<3<3
