Sabriel week on tumblr...

...It's happening! w00t! I even made the lame banner above because I'm so excited about it. :D

April 1st through 7th is Sabriel week and I really hope that lots of people participate! I'm working on my spn_j2_bigbang right now, but I'm going to try and do something for it because Sam/Gabriel needs more love and fic and art, people!

If you've got a tumblr account and want to join in, post your stuff with a "Sabriel Week" tag and it'll get reblogged by the Sabriel Week main account thing. lol. You can post fic or art to LJ and just leave a link, I bet. If you don't want to post a whole thing to tumblr... Um. Yeah

Feel free to leave me some Sam/Gabriel prompts on this post, too. I probably won't be able to write everything (lol, I say like I'll get more than one), but it'll be good to have some options because I'm totally without ideas right now.

I don't know that tumblr is... lol!! But I hope I see the fics around somewhere because I've become quite fond of that pairing.

Prompts? Oh man... I don't know. I am such a hurtSam sucker that it would probably be something like Sam is recovering from an injury he received from an angel killing knife (maybe he took the wound to save Gabriel or Gab and Cas?) so Gabriel can't just heal him. only time can. So Gabriel has to help nurse his hunter back to health the good old fashioned way... Only maybe he doesn't really know how to do that :) Cue protective big brother Dean (could be Dean and Cas pairing even) who gives Gabriel some tips before the angel inadvertantly kills his patient, lol!! After all Dean would kinda like to see his brother get better too, lol!! I don't know - that probably sucks but that is all I got :) Good luck with whatever you write!

LOL, tumblr is just another blogging/social networking site. I still don't entirely understand it, but there's a lot of great stuff for different pairings there. I found Sam/Gabriel fic I'd never seen anywhere on LJ before the first time I went through the entire Sabriel tag. And now there will be a whole week dedicated to mah boys! *rolls around*

I love that prompt, btw. I've gotten one PWP prompt from a friend, something that should stay short if I manage to get it written. So here's hoping that maybe I can get something down for this as well. *crosses fingers* It might just end up being a drabble or something short, but I really want to participate and the only Sam/Gabriel fic I've got in the works at the moment is my BB and that can't be shared yet. LOL

That sounds awesome - I look forward to seeing something from you, whatever you do write :) the prompt actually wouldn't need to be long. It could always be just a scene, lol!! But PWP is nice too - you can get some lovely moments in those.
